Original Canvas - Red

I found the perfect photo of a King Parrot and couldn't wait to pull out the paints for this piece. Red has a strong but calming presence. The colour red is one of my least reached for colours, however twice this year I have been drawn in by the vibrancy of our red coloured birdlife in Australia. These red paints were still a little dusty. Red will bring energy through his colours, but serenity through his calm demeanour and sweet face. It's a combination that I am loving!
