This is a painting of the SS Maheno on Fraser Island - one of the only signs of human history on this picturesque island that hundreds of people visit daily.

Waves wash away any evidence that anyone was ever there, taking with it the memories that people have made long after they’re gone. That's the relationship between humanity and the sea. The sea knows far more than we ever will.
